My name is Kim Teague and I have worked in CPA offices for the last twenty years. In July of 2007 my brother, Antony W. Hawkins, offered me a job at his CPA firm in Troy (MHC Advisors, PC) and since that time I have been his Office Manager.
As Office Manager I handle client relations and a wide range of administrative duties to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I process weekly payroll checks to a limited number of clients and prepare quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end reporting of W2’s. I also complete bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks and reconcile monthly bank statements. I prepare personal and corporate tax returns and upon the CPA’s review, I finalize and process the tax returns for the client’s approval. I perform and complete many different tasks as requested by Tony.
